Warranty

At Splitfire Wood Splitters, the quality of our products is paramount Below you will find the main points regarding warranty on our products:

  1. – Warranty duration: We offer a warranty period of six months after delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. – Different warranty conditions: If specific warranty terms have been agreed, this warranty article will continue to apply unless contrary to these specific terms.
  3. – Exclusions: No warranty is provided on products that were not new at the time of delivery.
  4. – Defects: If a product does not function properly, we will, at our discretion, either repair the product or credit part of the purchase price.
  5. – Repair: If we choose to repair, we will decide how and when to do so. However, you must allow us to carry out the repair.
  6. – Responsibility of client: Materials or parts to be repaired or replaced should be sent to us. Costs for transport, disassembly and assembly, and any travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the client.
  7. – Exclusion of warranty: The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, poor maintenance, or if modifications have been made by third parties. Nor does the guarantee apply to items already covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee or to items delivered by the client and showing defects.
  8. – Condition for guarantee: We only implement the guarantee if all obligations towards us have been fulfilled.
